We totally get people are often trying to start the year dieting, cutting carbs, sugars, and so on. We also believe in creating delicious things with great ingredients that even if something is indulgent you should still feel good about eating it. Everything in moderation after all. Thats when we sat and came up with this quince jam. We already pick the best fruits for our jams so what else can we add to this to make it delicious and still have good benefits for you. Thats when spices came to mind and since quince take on spices really well we figured it was a natural fit. In this case we focused on 3 beneficial spices that we think you will love and more importantly work together to benefit you. The 3 we chose are cinnamon, turmeric, and black pepper. Together they work together to fight heart disease, cancer, free radicals, heart disease, they help with inflammation and even help improve brain function. The curcumin in turmeric specifically needs the piperine in black pepper to be absorbed into the body, so they truly go hand in hand.
