Our goal is always to present a wide variety of tins from around the world. We absolutely love anchovies and sardines so when we came across a french version of both we were so excited to bring them to you!
Anchovies- small anchovies are tinned whole with extra virgin olive oil. Think of them as time sardines of sorts. They are perfect to place on top of salads or to add that little extra to a good sandwich.
Sardine- well I mean what is France without butter! These beautiful sardines are tinned in butter and parsley which is a French classic combination. We suggest warming the tin slightly just to bring all the flavors together.
