Tenorio is the flagship brand of the Azores. They only use the highest quality tuna fillets caught locally in the Atlantic.
These two versions sort of a yin and yang. One is kept simple and allows the high quality tuna to speak for itself. Seasoned simply with some olive oil. While the other is marinated in a escabeche sauce thats made from Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Bell Pepper Paste,Tomato, Fried onion, Black Pepper, Garlic Power, Oregano and Salt. Either way they are both perfect tossed in a sandwich for a delicious lunch or eat it straight from the tin!
