Olasagasti Tuna Fillet W/ Sun Dried Tomato Sauce- This tin is basically preserved summer. The rich and fresh sauce made from sun dried tomato with some olive and caper is just amazing. This tin took my breath away when I first tasted it. All I kept thinking about was ciabatta, smoked mozzarella and fresh basil. You'll get it when you try it.
