Welcome to our inaugural online cooking class!
The class will take place on February 9th at 6pm and probably last to about 8-8:30 im guessing.
Together we will be making the best meatballs around in a sunday style sauce served over creamy polenta and a side of classic broccoli rabe. We are gonna eat good! A week ahead of the class Ill send recipes, ingredient needs, and equipment needs. We will set this up on zoom. At the end we can have a Q&A for a bit but lets be honest it doesn't take much to get me talking! HAHA
