I feel like we scream this from the top of the mountains all the time but here we are again. To start the new year we are putting together this mega package of some of the healthiest things you can eat. We understand that a lot of folks like to start the new year by cutting things out and making different choices. We want to help you make those choices easier. Tinned fish are one of the best sources for good fats, good cholesterol, and don't forget deliciousness and ease. Its so much easier to make better decisions when something tastes awesome. European tuna is just light years ahead of what we find on our shelves. Its delicious on its own but topping salads, mixed into eggs, on good breads it's a filling delicious option thats quick and easy. You can simply eat them on top of some potatoes, bread, or salads drizzled with a little more olive oil and vinegar for a quick, delicious, healthy meal. The tinned scallops from Pena, the tender squid from La Brujula, the anchovies from Nassari can simply be tossed with fresh cooked pasta and herbs. Maybe a nice squeeze of lemon.
