The Gourmet edition of the Nassari Bocherones. These tend to be a touch more mild and marinated in olive oil which make them perfect for on top of salads and crusty bread.
They are produced by being cleaned in abundant water, then marinated with wine vinegar and salt, this is how they obtain their characteristic flavor, color and texture.
Product cleaned one by one, by hand and was previously frozen at -20C to prevent anisakiasis.
